Using Aliases in Scripts.
« on: October 14, 2006, 10:30:36 PM »
Okay, I looked over the help files, the online help files, and all that. I even looked at an example from the Dice script that i found in this forum.

How do I get this working correctly? My goal is to type /edit <file name relative to a path i already typed> and then that file opens using run shell. I know how to use runshell, but i cant get the alias to work.

Code: [Select]
Function ALIASES(Command,Parameters,ServerNumber)
Select Case Command
   Case "/edit"
      ALIASES=True 'we have a match
      Runshell ""
End Select
End Function

What am I doing wrong this time? lol
