As we know, the IceChat Colors for IceChat 7 has expanded a lot, over what Version 5.50 was capable of. There are a LOT more settings/colors to choose from.
To make things a bit easier to copy themes back and forth between people, who wish to share them, there were to buttons added to the Color Themes Section:
Export Theme and Import Theme.
These buttons make exchanging color themes very easy.
Lets say you made a new Color Theme, lers call it "Radical". You change all color settings, and then add the new theme, by clicking on the Add New Theme Button. Now your theme should be listed in the Drop Down box for "Current Theme".
Now you click on the "Export Theme" button. What this does is, it copies the Theme Setting, into your clipboard. Now you can paste that data, into a channel, by pressing Ctrl-V. The data will look just like this.
Now lets say you are person #2, and you want that information You will highlight all that data, in the channel window, or query window, where ever it may be. Once highlited, and you release the mouse, and it auto-copies the data to the clipboard. You then open the Colors Window, go to the Color Themes Section, and click on the "Import Theme" button. If the data was copies corrrectly, it will say it has Imported the Radical Theme. You can then choose it from the DropDown List, and click Apply Settigns, and voila, you now have that new theme. If the message says that it did not import it, most likely the data was not copied entirely from the Channel window, just try it again.
And, on a side not, you can also just copy that "Radical" theme from here, and Import it into Color Themes, and enjoy.
