First I will apologise if this has been covered before or is in the wrong place but I'm idle and haven't got the time to read though loads of posts :-D

When I'm using IceChat every time somebody talks/posts a message the IceChat box on the task bar flashes, As I could be in 10 different rooms and can be really annoying can this be stopped and changed to flash if only certain words are said or if somebody clicks/highlights you?

Sorry if this doesn't make sense to people but whereas I can use computers I'm no expert and getting on a bit in years, so am no 18 year old whizkid  :-)

Any help is greatly appreciated in solving this or even explaining what I mean!

1st, turn of all all the 'Flash' settings, in Display Settings. This way it will not flash for any events, only what we specify below.

2nd, under Options Menu, select Text Highlighting.

Add in the word(s) you want highlighted in the list.

If you want to highlight for your own name, add $me, and it will always match your current nickname.

If you want to flash the Tray Icon, add in the 'Command to run', /flashtray.

You can not see if someone clicks/highlights you, only when they speak your name.

Make sure Text Highlighting is enabled, and away you go.
