Cant connect at all!

Hello, I just got IceChat today. I was trying to connect and it will not. I get an error of 429 and i have looked every where i can to find out what that error is. Granted i am not that computer "smart" because I am not getting any where with this. I used a number of different servers and did a search making sure I was doing it right. So here I am asking for help now... I am sure its the easiest of all problems to fix but can i say DUH! Cant figure it out. Anyone?

This means that IceChat did not properly install.

Are you using Windows Vista?
If so, this is a known problem with trying to install a file called mswinsck.ocx, it does not properly register.

If not, you must be a local admin to install IceChat.

If you would like some further help with this, you can try and visit the #icechat support channel, and see if I am available.
Might be able to see what is actually happening then as well.
