Well, I setup my own psyBNC, re-did some of the BNC coding, and got a similar result, when I did not "bquit" the server when I closed IceChat, and then restarted IceChat. I would then part the channel, and it would open up again if someone joined or parted. Problem did not happen if I sent a BQUIT to the psyBNC window before I disconnected from the psyBNC.
