[19:11:32]  ->> ERROR:colUserList:130:Function:SortCollection Error Number:9 : Subscript out of range

This has just been displayed in the popup @error box. I have no idea what has happened, everything seems normal...

That error is from sorting the nick list.
I will check it out, thanks for the error report.

In the latest version, and the previous one, I have occasionally got something similar:

 ->> ERROR:clsServerHandler:Function:ChannelMessage:0 Error Number:9 : Subscript out of range

Thanks,
Graham

The same error have just occured again and I think I know what this is:

I have already posted an error with parting problems here.

I sometimes join OGameNet with IceChat but for some reason I cannot part a channel. As soon as any other user joins this channel, it pops up again with only this single user in the nicklist. I am unable to rejoin the channel, too. The error I have reported in this thread occur when the channel which I should have parted pups up again.

This is nothing random but occurs every time I join and part a channel on irc.ogamenet.net

Excellent, now that I have some specifics, I can connect to that network and try it out myself.
I know that some networks just use bizarre modes for channels and stuff, totally non-standard, and this usually breaks IceChat, which follows standards very strictly. It is obviously not part'ing the channel properly.
I'll post the results when I get them.

Thanks

Well, I joined that Network, sat in an ogame channel for a bit, waited for a join, and left the channel.
I did not get any problems, and even performming a /whois on myself showed I was not in the channel.
I did wait for a few hours, just to make sure.

Was it perhaps a specific channel, and also, were you authed?  I can not auth yet, because the email it is
supposed to send, never came, and the #help channel doesnt respond.

Yes, I am authed and i had the problems with several channels, e.g. #o.game
Maybe there is a problem with the fact that I am on this network with a BNC but this same BNC does not make any problems on Quakenet.

(sry for bad English, just got up)

Ah, BNC connections, I would not put it past it.
Try to see if it happens w/o the BNC.
I am still waiting for the auth email, and I get absolutely no help in there #help channel.
Not very supportive, are they :P

Well, I finally got my auth email, and being authed made no difference.
So it must be the BNC, which doesnt suprise me, because BNC Support isnt really implemented into IceChat 7 as of yet.
I have no BNC Account to test the BNC settings out.

But i cannot be the BNC because I do not have this problem on other networks with the same BNC.
Furthermore the same exact problem occurs without the BNC.

Well, I dont know then, because I can not duplicate the error/problem.
There has to be something different, that is causing it.

Could you try doing a /whois on yourself after leaving the channel, and seeing if you show as still being in the channel?
That would be of some great help.

Ok, I have done this several times now.

It seems as if the BNC is the problem, you were correct.
Once my Windows crashed after parting the channel but this was not IceChat :)
When I use the BNC and part a channel it is still in my whois but as you said BNC support is not yet implemented so that this bug report is no longer necessary.

Good, I am not going out of my mind trying to solve the problem then.

Once I get a BNC setup to test IceChat7 on, we can see if it still happens.
It is odd though, that its only happening on that Network, unless you only
use the BNC on that Network.

I have just found out something: (by accident ;))

There must be a difference whether I part by closing the channel window or I part by typing /part
Closing the window gets me the problem explained before. But I really do leave the channel by typing /part.

At least this is what has just happened to me :D

Well, again, I am sure this is related to the BNC thing.
I am going to set up my own psybnc and play around with it, and see what comes up.
