Disjointed conversations.

I've downloaded a copy of the recent

IceChat.

For some odd reason, it doesn't receive all the messages from the channel.  At least, that's what it seems

to be, because the conversation seems a little disjointed sometimes.  I am unable to ascertain why this is.  The only

evidence I have that this is occuring is that I've enabled being prompted when a join, part, or quit has occured, and there

are times when I don't receive that prompt.

Here's my other information:

Most used server: irc.nightstar.net

Port : 6667
Most used channel: #itswalky!

Options activated : Show server lag in console and Set mode +i on

connect.

I thank you in advance for your assistance.

Off hand, I am not really sure.  To help with the problem, look in your IceChat5\Logs

folder, and see if there is a file called "errors.txt"  You can
email this file to support@icechat.net.
We can then

take a look at the errors, and see if there is a pattern to a problem. You will get an email response as to what course of

action you can take.
