Is There A Script That Can Enable Someone To Type !topic "Topic Goes Here," Which Will Then Trigger The "Bot" To Change The Topic To Whatever The User Typed?

You should now see a pattern now, to see how things are done.
Reading the online help would greatly benefit you as well.

Well, that makes no sense at all, must be some kind of a bug.
Will see what is up with that.

Ok, this is now a confirmed bug, and has been fixed, and will be in 7.63 when it is released.

If you would like to try out the new build before hand, just ask for it in the #icechat support channel.

Thanks

Wow, I am surprised people don't know where that is, its posted all over the place.

Go to the Help Menu in IceChat, Online Help and then IceChat Support Channel.

The final one would be:

No, of course not. If you are still having some problems, give this a try.
It changes the channel wildcard from # to *, as it could cause some problems.

on 1:TEXT:!topic*:*:topic $chan $2-

The best thing to do is usually just place the actual channel name in there, where you want it to work.

on 1:TEXT:!topic*:#mychannel:topic $chan $2-
