Post by: Wicwiz on July 14, 2005, 11:58:18 AM
Yes would like to know is the next versions will have support for this cause seem now days people are looking into ecrypted and secure messaging. But I know thers other chat clients that offer this but way pay for such thigs like this when there is great products like this. I prefer Open source proucts over streamlined pay products. I know of a great product to go along with this instead of Winzip try Quick zip it has a lot of features in this product but the number one feature is Quick zip is bulit in antivirus plugin(ClamAV).

IceChat 7 will most likely have SSL support. As for PGP/gnugp support, that has not yet been decided.
IceChat 7 is currently being developed, is in Alpha, and no release date has been set for its release.
